Adults Class (2nd level and up)

Class Description: You will need a Capoeira basic understanding so you can keep up with the material explained in class unless you already have prior Capoeira experience (We recommend 3-6 months of Beginners classes first). Capoeira uniform is required to participate in this class. These classes are usually longer than regular class.

What to Expect: In this class we will go over more sequences, acrobatic movements, partner drills, and we explain how to achieve higher and deeper levels of understanding the Capoeira traditions.
